Terri Harrell is the Vice President of HR Diversity & Inclusion, Dr Pepper Snapple Group. Dr Pepper Snapple is one of the largest beverage companies in the Americas and manufacture, market and distribute more than 50 brands of carbonated soft drinks, juices, teas, mixers and other premium beverages across the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.

Terri joined Dr Pepper Snapple on June 5, 2000 as a Human Resources Business Partner. She then moved to the Diversity Team in April 2001 and was promoted to the Vice President in April 2005. Terri held several Senior Human Resources positions for Levi Strauss & Company before coming to Dr Pepper Snapple. Terri completed her Executive MBA at University of Texas at Dallas. During her tenure at Dr Pepper Snapple she has implemented an inclusive regional mentoring program, which brought colleagues together across functions, locations and levels to create a talented and insightful workforce. Terri oversaw the creation of strategic partnerships with several national diversity organizations, and she now sits on the corporate advisory boards for the National Society of Hispanic MBAs and the Mayor’s Committee for the Employment of People with Disabilities.

Elise Eberwein serves as senior vice president, people and communications for US Airways. In this capacity, she oversees the company’s overall human resources efforts as well as strategic communications planning, executive communications, media relations and employee communications.

Eberwein has 20 years of combined airline experience, most recently with Denver-based Frontier Airlines where she spent five years leading that company’s media relations, employee communications, customer relations, community relations and government affairs activities. She began her career as a flight attendant for TWA and spent 11 years serving in various capacities at that airline.

Allison Friend is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Goodwin Procter. In this role, Ms. Friend is responsible for developing and implementing a firmwide human resources strategy for the firm’s lawyers, paralegals and support staff. Susan Graye is globally responsible for development and implementation of strategic initiative staffing strategy to ensure that HP is hiring the top talent in the technology industry. Susan lead a benchmark study of top sales performers in US storage sales to assist staffing and hiring managers increase quality of hire. She also implemented a successful project to hire over 1000 people globally in first half FY 08 for HP Software including employment branding, employee referral program enhancement and internal employee value proposition, as well as decreasing the number of agency hires, increasing the number of employee referrals and exceeding hiring goals.

Prior to her current role, Graye managed a team of recruiters focused on sales recruiting for TSG, while acting as the Americas Sales Recruiting Lead. Prior to HP, she ran a successful executive search firm focused on identifying top talent in the technology industry, with clients including Compaq Computer Corporation, Sun Microsystems, Silicon Graphics, BMC Software, and Xerox Corporation.

A Native of Southern California, Mark attended the University of Notre Dame on an athletic scholarship. After being selected Team Captain on the 1988 National Champion Football team, Mark was drafted by the Chicago Bears in the 1989 NFL draft. Following a five-year playing career, Mark joined Ameritech Wireless as a Corporate Account Manager, responsible for managing corporate sales with fortune 500 companies. After three years of Corporate Sales Management, Mark transitioned into the Executive Search industry, where he spent the next seven years of his corporate career. First at Higgins Associates as Manager Client services, later at A.T. Kearney Executive search as an Executive Director and more recently Russell Reynolds an Executive Director of the Diversity Recruitment Practice.

In 2001, Mark joined W.W. Grainger as Director, Diversity. He had Complete responsibility for all workforce diversity planning, strategy, programs, initiatives, measurements, diversity representation goals, leadership coaching, external partnerships and alliances, recruitment, AAP’s/EEO programs and all facets of diversity management. Accomplishments includes the development of two diversity councils, a three-year diversity improvement plan, corporate-wide diversity metrics plan, diversity mentor program, led the development of three venues for diversity awareness & education, established partnership/alliance with several minority organizations, positioned diversity as a business intangible that will help business evolve, aligned diversity objectives with leadership performance management and provided leadership for the re-alignment of the Supplier Diversity function at Grainger.

Most recently, Mark is Head of Diversity at Miller Brewing Company in Milwaukee, WI. Lance LaVergne is a Vice President in the Human Capital Management Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. He manages the firm’s global Diversity recruiting efforts, which include the Goldman Sachs Scholarship and Fellowship programs, as well as relationships with external organizations that help identify students and professionals from historically underrepresented groups. He also works in the Office of Global Leadership and Diversity on firmwide Diversity initiatives focusing on race, gender, sexual orientation and work-life issues. He serves on the firm’s recruiting Global Leadership Team and the Global Recruiting Council.

Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Lance was a Manager of Experienced and Lateral Recruiting at McKinsey & Company where his emphasis was on financial services recruiting. Lance began his financial services career in retail brokerage at Shearson Lehman Brothers. After earning an MBA, he worked in the fixed income and currencies businesses at Chase Manhattan Bank and Merrill Lynch. He began his recruiting career as an Associate in the financial services practice at Russell Reynolds Associates, focusing on banking, capital markets and asset management searches.

Martha Lindeman is responsible for Playboy’s investor relations activities as well as for corporate communications, public relations, financial and employee communications. She oversees Playboy's public affairs programs and the philanthropic efforts and activities of the Playboy Foundation. She also serves on the company’s six-member executive committee.

Since joining Playboy in 1992, Lindeman has been instrumental in the completion of three successful equity offerings, as well as the company’s first public debt offering. She helped create the company's first investor relations program and employee stock purchase program. As a result of her efforts, Playboy’s profile in the investment community has increased dramatically in terms of both analyst coverage and institutional ownership. In addition, she has worked with major business and financial media in profiling the company and its management, oversaw the Company wide 50th Anniversary celebration and was instrumental in the development of a new employee communications program.

Before joining Playboy, Lindeman spent six years at Tribune Company. She also held positions with Burlington Northern Inc., and the public relations firm of Golin Harris Communications. Lindeman began her career as an institutional equity trader, initially at Weeden & Co. and later at Alex Brown & Sons.

Her experience encompasses all aspects of benefits including strategic plan design for global benefits and health improvement programs, administration and systems. In her tenure at Dell and Whole Foods Market, she designed award winning medical and health improvement plans. Alan Momeyer is Vice President of Human Resources for Loews Corporation. He is responsible for overall strategy and management of the human resource function for the New York-based diversified corporation consisting of Loews Hotels, Lorillard Tobacco Company, CNA Insurance, Diamond Offshore Corporation, Boardwalk Pipelines and HighMount Exploration and Production. Alan has been with Loews since 1980.

Alan holds a Masters Degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Bachelors Degree from Pennsylvania State University, and is the author of numerous articles on personnel management.

Alan is President of Inside Broadway, the Broadway Educational Program, a non-profit organization to promote theatre arts in New York City public schools. Alan is former President of the Board of Directors of Community Access, a non-profit agency which provides housing and rehabilitation for over 1000 homeless mentally disabled citizens of New York. He is also former President and Board member of Just One Break, Inc. (JOB), an agency to employ disabled citizens, founded in 1947 by Eleanor Roosevelt and Bernard Baruch. Alan is a member of the Board of Trustees of his graduate school at the University of Pittsburgh.

He is married to Janet Markoff and they have a daughter Lily, 18 and a son Jack, 16. He lives in Greenwich Village, New York City, and he always will.

Cheré Lynn Nabor, Chief Diversity Officer at Grainger Corporation in Lake Forest, Illinois, leads the organizational business integration of diversity. Cheré provides consulting, education and subject matter expertise to senior management and is responsible for implementing diversity processes and initiatives in coordination with organizational effectiveness, employee development, community relations and supplier diversity efforts.

Noteworthy accomplishments include the Dollars and Sense Magazine’s “Outstanding Business and Professional Women’s Award,” the Quad County Urban League “EEO and Community Relations Achievement Award,” and the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago/Chicago Tribune’s “Black and Hispanic Achiever’s Award.” She is also a much sought after speaker and lecturer on the topic of diversity.

He is currently vice president of corporate communications at US Airways - the nation's fifth largest airline. Jim leads the airline’s external and internal communications, which includes media and analyst relations, crisis management, and employee engagement for more than 35,000 employees.

Previously, Jim was a senior vice president at Waggeneer Edstrom Worldwide - a global public relations agency based in Seattle. At Waggener Edstrom, Jim built and led the agency's global Corporate and Digital Strategies practice groups. Jim joined Waggener Edstrom in 2004 from Overture Services Inc., a subsidiary of Yahoo!, where, as vice president of corporate communications, he led the public relations function for this pioneer and global leader in commercial web search. Before Overture, Jim consulted for Nissan North America for seven years. Along the way, he has also worked with J.D. Power and Associates, TBWA Chiat/Day Advertising and Apple.

He earned his MBA from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Syracuse University.

Ms. Pedro is currently, Senior Partner, Chief Diversity Officer for Ogilvy, NY. In her current role, Ms. Pedro is responsible for establishing and executing the agency’s diversity and inclusion strategic objectives. Prior to joining Ogilvy in February, 2007, she was a Senior Consultant for the FutureWork Institute. As part of the Institute’s Executive on Loan program, she served as the on-site Chief Diversity Officer for an International Pharmaceutical Company, an advertising agency and a global consulting firm. She was responsible for the design, development and recommendation of their overall Diversity strategies. As Project Manager for a variety of large clients, Ms. Pedro helped them execute their diversity strategy and meet their business objectives. She also played an integral role in establishing numerous Diversity Councils. Ms. Pedro worked extensively with pharmaceutical and communications clients.

Her clients have included Boehringer Ingelheim, Centocor, Johnson and Johnson, Magazine Publishers of America, Sony Music, Canada, Ogilvy and Mather, AT Kearney, Metro USA, Convergys and Goldman Sachs. Paul H. Sartori, PhD. is Corporate Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer; named to this post in 2008. Most recently, Dr. Sartori was senior vice president of organizational development and human resources for BioTrove, Inc, which he joined in 2007. Prior, beginning in 2000, he was a partner and principal at CHM Partners International, LLC, the international executive search and management consulting firm. While at CHM, he served as the chief human resources officer on a retained basis for a number of start-up companies, including Integrated Biosystems and Focus Diagnostics.

Dr. Sartori has also served as global vice president of human resources for Covance; executive vice president, External Affairs and Human Resources at Novartis; senior vice president of Human Resources and Communications at CIBA-Geigy; and global vice president of Human Resources at CIBA-Corning Diagnostics. Dr. Sartori has held teaching and administrative roles at the University of Virginia, James Madison University, and the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia.

Born in Somerville, MA in August 1946, he received his M.A.T. in history, Ph.D. in education and MBA from the University of Virginia, and his B.A. in history from Northeastern University. Dr. Sartori is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Curry School of Education Foundation at the University of Virginia, and a member of the Advisory Board for Tau Therapeutics, an incubator company at the University of Virginia.
